You are responsible for your workspace, users, contacts, campaigns, templates, automations, and connected WhatsApp or payment accounts.
You must send messages only to users who have given valid consent and follow WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, anti-spam, privacy, and consumer protection rules.
Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, and upgrades are shown inside the billing area. A plan becomes active only after successful payment confirmation.
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, illegal content, deceptive campaigns, unauthorized scraping, malware, or attempts to bypass platform rules.
We work to keep the service reliable, but third-party APIs, payment providers, hosting, Meta review, and network issues can affect availability.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or violation of these terms.
For account, privacy, or deletion requests, contact support from your registered email or submit the public contact form with enough details to verify ownership.
