Business owners can remove contacts, campaigns, templates, notes, and connected settings from the dashboard where those controls are available.
Remove WhatsApp or Facebook permissions from your Meta Business settings and disconnect the integration inside WAMax CRM settings.
Email support with your workspace name, account email, and deletion request. We will verify ownership before deleting account-level data.
Some records may be retained for limited periods where required for invoices, security logs, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
Website contact form requests can be deleted by emailing support with the phone number or email used in the request.
For account, privacy, or deletion requests, contact support from your registered email or submit the public contact form with enough details to verify ownership.
