We may collect account details, workspace information, contact records, WhatsApp message metadata, billing details, support requests, and technical logs needed to provide the service.
We use information to create workspaces, deliver CRM features, process payments, send notifications, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
When you connect WhatsApp Cloud API or Embedded Signup, we store the required IDs, tokens, message statuses, template details, and webhook data needed to run your connected workspace.
We do not sell customer data. We share data only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, security, and legal compliance.
We keep data while your account is active or as required for operations, audit, tax, dispute, and compliance needs. Access is limited by account roles and workspace permissions.
You can update account data, export business records where available, request deletion, and disconnect integrations from the product settings or by contacting support.
For account, privacy, or deletion requests, contact support from your registered email or submit the public contact form with enough details to verify ownership.
